Fully equipped 6m x 4m, Large Dinning Table, Oven-Grill, Microwave Oven, Ceramic Hobs Extractor, Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher, Large Washing Machine Separate Drier, TV-DVD, Exit to rear Garden, Patio Etc.

Ironing Board and Iron, Clothes Drying Hanger, Hoover and Cleaning materials.

Our twin beds can be moved to various rooms to suite your requirements and are 3ft Relyon Storabeds or can be configured as King Size 6ft!
All linen - towels are provided.

Access from the rear of the property requires 2" step over rear threshold and one internal step of 3".
So although NOT 100% disabled friendly it is reasonably accessible downstairs.

Children are welcome, we do not provide any facilities for babies.

Ample private parking is provided on our premises away from the road.
A minimum 3 nights reservation at weekends throughout the year.
